In this one session overview class, learn the basics of Microsoft® Project® 2016 to create a project schedule and share it with clients and co-workers. Our experienced project management instructor will use the program's different views, such as the Calendar and Gantt Chart views, to show you how to manage your project information and produce effective project reports. Students will see an overview of new software features including: multiple timelines, ability to set the start and end dates for each timeline separately, better control over resource scheduling through resource engagement, and how to use the "Tell me what you want me to do" feature.
