Learn how you can manage the costs of long-term care!This course will focus on steps "elder persons" and their families need to take to meet the cost of long-term care.

Topics include:♦ The role of Powers of Attorney (financial and healthcare)♦ Wills vs. Trusts♦ Medicaid Asset Transfer Rules♦ Identifying and preserving assets that are exempt from Medicaid spend-down.

Instructor V. Anthony Vilutis has his own law practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he concentrates his practice in Medicaid Planning. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Finance Major in 1974 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1977 both from Indiana University.
