Pilates Yoga Infusion (PIYO) is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, and increase flexibility.
Intramural fitness classes are limited to the first 20 IPFW students, faculty, or staff for each class. Classes are offered as first come, first served and you may sign up no earlier than one hour prior to the class. All class members must check in with your Mastodon Card at the Athletic Center customer service desk as well as sign in for the class you will be taking.
