This year, University Communitiy Conversations (UC²) is exploring how we care for the community in northeast Indiana. Wage inequality has increased across the board during the past 40 years, a fact brought into relief during the most recent economic downturn. Alongside rising economic inequality are a number of identities (racial, ethnic, gender, etc.) that play a role in deciding where one falls on that line of inequality.
