Want to relax your body, mind, and soul? Join us for De-stressing Tai Chi, an exercise that uses gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. This ancient Chinese tradition has now become a means for alleviating stress and anxiety while promoting serenity and inner peace.

Tai Chi is safe for all ages and can enhance flexibility, balance, and muscle strength.

Please wear comfortable clothes and fitness shoes.

Classes run through November 16.
