It doesn't matter if you are 22 or 62 years old, yoga is a time-honored practice for improving health and well-being on all levels - body, mind, and spirit. Through yogic breathing techniques, you relieve tension and stress. With yoga awareness techniques, you move your body in poses that increase flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. Through guided meditation techniques you experience deep relaxation. All of the practices are taught using principles of alignment that honor the body and your individual needs.
Yoga can be practiced to enhance overall health, improve balance, heal injuries, strengthen muscles, and much more. This is a mindful and moving class, designed for beginner students to participate in.
